Shipping

When completing your order please can you make sure you check the delivery address carefully. It is also important that you let us know at the checkout in the notes section if we are delivering to a business or residential address.

Unless otherwise arranged all UK deliveries will be sent using Royal Mail's Tracked & Signed 48 hour service 

After completing your order you will receive an order confirmation email. When the order is dispatched you will receive a separate shipping confirmation email. Please check your spam folder if you don't receive this. 

You must inform us within 7 days if you haven't received your order.

We cannot be liable for any addresses that have been entered incorrectly. The customer will incur any further cost of resending the order due to the incorrect address being entered by the customer.
